Government owned Telecom oprater started selfcare service for GSM and CDMA user. People of Nepal telecom sim holder can use this service . There is no much option in the selfcare section but you can update user information and buy data package , voice packages and gift verious service such as missed call notification without any cost.

In selfcare account you can update your personal data update your photo and you can buy data packages and volume query . In other options you can gift data packages voice packages and miss call notifications as well . In activity section you can check your call history and recharge history it's only show after you create selfcare regstration. How to use selfcare service of Nepal telecom ? Here is the guideline in step by step.

Go To Nepal Telecom Home page or Click Here
Click right site selfcare Register Section.
Give Nepal Telecom No in Required Field.
Create new rememberable password for leter use.
Confirm Password again and Click Register.
After clicked register you'll get one otp sms for confirmation .
Put that code and go to dashboard.
Update your profile .
upload photo and give your full name .
Email address date of birth , father name, grand father name etc.
After fill up all your information click update in bottom.

After done this process you can use selfcare anywhere in the world you can add some other number in the subscription section . If you wants to transfer balance to your nearest one and you don't have telecom app or security code you can simply login selfcare section and and transfer balance easily .
