According to the Department of Transport Management, the motorcycle (Pradesh-3-02-0011-1412) belongs to Galchi village municipality of Dhading.
It has been revealed that both of them have just joined the government service and have come to Kathmandu from Dhading to fill in the seatrole (code number given for government employees). Pratap Baral, a government numbered motorcyclist, is an engineer working in Galchi village municipality.
Savita Shahi, a sub-engineer working in the same village, is also riding the motorcycle. Both of them had come to the Kathmandu-based 'Nizamati Kitab Khana' with the approval of the village municipality to get the official code number.
Mohan Kumar Shrestha, administrative chief of Galchi village municipality, said that both of them were employees of Galchi village municipality. According to Shrestha, they have come to Kathmandu to get the government code number after entering the government service.
